Job Requirements
- Basic to working knowledge of UKG and Workday
- Prior experience supporting or managing ERP, HRIS, or large-scale enterprise system implementations strongly preferred
- Senior-level project or program management experience in complex, fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple parallel projects with competing priorities
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
- Comfortable operating in partially structured environments and bringing clarity, organization, and momentum.
