Job Description

About Noyo

The benefits ecosystem is foundational to the health and financial security of millions, yet the technology that powers it is often fragmented, complex, and decades old. This creates massive inefficiencies for the insurance companies, brokerages, and software providers who manage this critical part of our economy.

At Noyo, we are building the modern infrastructure for a new era of benefits. We provide the AI-powered tools and software infrastructure that allow our partners—from legacy insurance carriers to the newest ben-admin startups—to modernize their businesses, operate with speed, and offer seamless experiences to their customers. If you are passionate about using technology to solve complex, real-world problems with massive impact, Noyo is the place for you.

Noyo's HQ is in San Francisco, and we believe in-person collaboration is a huge accelerator for innovation and creativity. We also have many distributed teammates across the U.S. and we prioritize frequent opportunities for in-person get togethers in San Francisco throughout the year. We believe this hybrid approach creates more organic opportunities to connect, collaborate, and make magic for our users as a team.

About The Role

As a Senior Product Manager at Noyo, you will lead development across our Issues team. This team is at the core of our newest and most essential infrastructure that helps benefits companies use our product – taking broadly sourced data and turning it into consistent, actionable insights. The team is successful when BenAdmins know exactly what needs to happen next for them to enroll each of their hundreds of thousands of members successfully.

You will be the go-to expert for your domain, working independently on complex, ambiguous problems and shaping how the team operates. This is a role for someone with deep product management experience who is ready to drive real business outcomes. You will develop product strategies grounded in user insights and partner closely with design and engineering to ship products that are both powerful and intuitive.

What You'll Do
  • Own the product roadmap and strategy for your area end-to-end: define the strategy, set clear success metrics, and drive execution from discovery through delivery.

  • Lead product discovery efforts by identifying, validating, and prioritizing the most impactful user problems through qualitative research, data analysis, and close collaboration with Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

  • Partner closely with Operations to identify and analyze trends across our processes and integrations, translating recurring patterns into prioritized product investments that drive long-term, scalable solutions.

  • Partner with Engineering and Design to translate insights into well-scoped, high-quality products. You don’t shy away from the small details and feel comfortable writing clear product specs, managing tradeoffs, and holding the team accountable to a high bar for what ships.

  • Be the go-to expert for your domain – you develop deep knowledge of our users, their technical requirements and limitations, and the business context, and you bring that knowledge to every decision you make.

  • Work closely with customer facing teams to ensure our roadmap solves real problems and drives commercial outcomes. You will be a key voice in customer conversations.

What We're Looking For
  • You have 4+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning complex work end-to-end. You've shipped impactful products and can point to the outcomes you drove.

  • You have deep expertise in your domain – you are the go-to person for hard questions, you work independently on ambiguous problems, and you chart the course forward even when the path isn't obvious.

  • You have strong experience with API platforms and technical products. You can engage meaningfully with Engineering on architecture decisions and translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

  • You’re a rigorous but empathetic product thinker. You gather data, talk to users and stakeholders, consider alternatives, and make tradeoffs explicit rather than relying on intuition alone.

  • You’re a force multiplier. You don't just deliver great individual work, you elevate how the people around you work. You mentor, you define standards, and you're proactive about sharing what you know.

  • You’re commercially-minded and have strong business acumen. You understand how your work connects to business outcomes and you've worked closely with commercial teams to bring products to market.

  • You’re an exceptional communicator who can distill complicated concepts for any audience and create alignment through clarity.

Nice to have, but not required:
  • Experience building products on top of complex infrastructure or API layers (e.g., fintech, developer tools, Plaid, Stripe).

  • Experience in HR tech, group benefits, insurance, or a related B2B SaaS domain.

What We Offer
  • A competitive and equitable compensation plan. This is a full-time, salaried position that includes equity. All of our employees have ownership in our success.

  • Comprehensive health coverage for you and your family. We pay 100% of premiums for employee medical, vision, and dental coverage and 50% for dependents. Disability and life insurance for employees are also covered 100%.

  • 12 weeks Paid Parental Leave. We put family first and want to support you as you welcome the newest addition to your family!

  • Flexible PTO and 14 paid holidays. We encourage you to take the time that you need, when you need it. We also observe 14 holidays including Juneteenth, Indigenous People’s Day, Election Day, & Christmas Eve.

  • Compassionate Leave. We offer up to 4 weeks of paid, compassionate leave for difficult life events that fall outside of traditional, protected leave types like medical or parental leave.

  • 401(k) and other tax advantaged accounts. Save for your future with pre-tax dollars towards a 401(k) account or for commuter, dependent, or medical expenses.

  • Vibrant hybrid culture with an HQ in Downtown SF. Throughout the year, employees meet up in our SF office for small team offsite meetings and team building activities. We also bring the entire team together once annually to gather in person for a week of fun and collaborative brainstorming.

Benefits

  • 401(K), Commuter benefits, Company equity, Company-sponsored outings, Continuing education stipend, Dental insurance, Disability insurance, Diversity manifesto, Family medical leave, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Flexible work schedule, Generous parental leave, Generous PTO, Company-sponsored happy hours, Health insurance, Highly diverse management team, Job training & conferences, Open door policy, Life insurance, Charitable contribution matching, Mean gender pay gap below 10%, Open office floor plan, Paid holidays, Pair programming, Paid sick days, Partners with nonprofits, Promote from within, Lunch and learns, Remote work program, Restricted work hours, Return-to-work program post parental leave, Team based strategic planning, OKR operational model, Mandated unconscious bias training, Unlimited vacation policy, Vision insurance, Mental health benefits, Home-office stipend for remote employees, Hiring practices that promote diversity, Fertility benefits, Quarterly engagement surveys, Hybrid work model, Transgender health care benefits, Abortion travel benefits, Bereavement leave benefits, Hardship benefits
