Role Description

Rain is looking for an experienced, high-energy sales professional who understands Enterprise Sales and how to sell executives cost-savings or business performance solutions.

  • Develop and support Rain’s sales pipeline to support ambitious growth plans for financial technology solutions for employees.
  • Create and grow prospects via lead qualification.
  • Maintain broad market and competitor knowledge to ensure credibility with prospects.
  • Engage sales development representative team to drive progress in their pipelines.
  • Build relationships with customers and account teams up to the C-Level to present product information, solution propositions, account review, and support for the ordering process.
  • Actively showcase and promote Rain’s commitment to financial technology solutions and close partnerships with industry leaders, including SHRM, APA, and others.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with technology or solution sales including selling Human Capital Management and Earned Wage Access.
  • Exceptional strategic planning and business development skills; must own and contribute at every stage of the sales lifecycle.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Ability to promote complex technology solutions and project manage them.
  • A high level of demonstrated customer interface along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sales, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
