Role Description
Abound Health is seeking a Contract High-Volume Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team remotely. In this role, you will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager. You will drive fast-paced, high-volume hiring while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and supporting critical staffing needs across the organization. This role will be working East Coast hours.
- Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for multiple roles at once.
- Source and engage candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen candidates quickly and effectively while maintaining quality.
- Maintain a strong pipeline for rapid, ongoing hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers on candidate flow and prioritization.
- Ensure timely communication and a strong candidate experience.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience (healthcare required).
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms.
- Ability to handle fast-changing priorities and large req loads.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Experience using an ATS.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Benefits
- This contract role pays $35–$45 per hour, based on experience and skill set.
