Role Description

Join Synergy Radiology, a fast-growing, radiologist-owned and operated practice that puts quality and collaboration at the forefront. Since 2012, we’ve been delivering expert final reads for clients across multiple states using cutting-edge technology. Be part of a dynamic team of nearly 40 radiologists specializing in Neuro, MSK, Body, Emergency Radiology, and General Radiology. We’re looking for board-certified or board-eligible Diagnostic Teleradiologists to expand our team.

Position Highlights

• Flexible Schedules:
  • Evenings: 5 PM to 1 AM EST
  • Overnights: 11 PM to 7 AM EST
  • Options for extended hours are available. Choose from 7 on/7 off or 7 on/14 off schedules.
• Unified Workflow: A streamlined, template-driven system with study-specific prompts ensures efficient and accurate reads.
• Collaborative Support: Access to a network of subspecialists for consultation on complex cases.
• Diverse Case Mix:
  • 60% Neuro
  • 25% Body
  • 15% MSK

• State-of-the-Art Technology: Final reads supported by advanced tools, reasonable workloads, and 24/7 IT and administrative support.

Compensation Details

• Schedule 1: 7 Days On/7 Days Off
  • 5 PM – 1 AM EST: Average Base Pay $560,000
  • 11 PM – 7 AM EST: Average Base Pay $660,000
• Schedule 2: 7 Days On/14 Days Off
  • 5 PM – 1 AM EST: Average Base Pay $360,000
  • 11 PM – 7 AM EST: Average Base Pay $430,000
• Bonuses: Paid with every payroll, based on worked units and performance.
