Role Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level React.js Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will help build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for our web applications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

• Develop scalable, responsive, and high-quality front-end features using React.js.
• Experience with NextJS.
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS/SCSS.
• Experience with REST API and JSON.
• Translate UI/UX designs into production-ready code.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to evolving best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across browsers and devices.
• Write unit/integration tests and maintain test coverage.
• Stay updated with modern front-end development trends and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with ReactJS.
• Strong experience with React.js and its core principles (JSX, Virtual DOM, components, props, state).
• Familiarity with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Recoil, Zustand).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling (Axios, Fetch).
• Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel) and package managers (npm, Yarn).
• Comfortable working with version control (Git).

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

• Experience with TypeScript in React projects.
• Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks.
• Familiarity with GraphQL / Apollo Client.
• Experience with unit & integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps basics.
• Understanding of performance optimization and accessibility best practices.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum workflows.
