Role Description

We are seeking a strategic Technical Product Manager to define product vision, manage a customer-focused roadmap, and lead enterprise customer engagement. This role translates complex needs into clear requirements, collaborates closely with engineering on architecture and delivery, and partners across teams to ensure cohesive, high-impact product execution.

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Build and maintain a strategic product roadmap that balances customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.

Enterprise Customer Engagement

  • Serve as the primary product liaison for enterprise customers, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead customer discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and solution design workshops.
  • Translate complex customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.

Technical Leadership

  • Work closely with engineering teams to define technical architecture and implementation approaches.
  • Make informed trade-off decisions between technical complexity, time to market, and customer value.
  • Understand system integrations, APIs, data models, and enterprise technology stacks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure cohesive product delivery.
  • Drive development processes and participate actively in development cycle planning.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on enterprise B2B products.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling technical products from concept to market.
  • Strong technical acumen with ability to engage in detailed technical discussions with engineering teams.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers, including executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise software architecture, APIs, integrations, and security considerations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice to haves

  • Experience working in or with Financial Services and Wealth Management industries.
  • Familiarity with financial services regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
  • Knowledge of wealth management platforms, portfolio management systems, or related fintech solutions.
  • MBA or advanced technical degree.
