Join the Agency That Creates Ads for the Biggest Brands in DTC. Linear is not your average DTC agency. We’ve produced direct-response ad creative for some of the most exciting 8 & 9-figure DTC brands spending millions per month like Loop Earplugs, Honeylove, Mood, Leonisa, Flower by Drew Barrymore, and more.

This is not a passive role. You won’t just be handed briefs and asked to write scripts. You will own the process:
- Onboarding clients
- Researching their audience
- Analyzing ad performance
- Testing new creative angles
- Continuously iterating and refining based on data

Qualifications
- Proven experience in DTC eCommerce performance creative strategy.
- Client-facing confidence: presenting creative strategies, leading calls, and handling revisions/feedback.
- Previous agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
- Excellent written and spoken English for scripts, storyboards, and client communication.
- Ability to balance both branding AND performance goals.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Must be able to show a portfolio or sample ads they’ve strategized or produced.
- Role is fully remote but you must be available to work around US Eastern hours (9–6pm EST is ideal, but there is some small flexibility on start/end times for the right candidate).
Requirements
- Own performance creative strategy for 8 & 9 figure DTC brands spending multi-6, 7, multi 7 and even 8 figures monthly on paid social.
- Onboard new clients and lead all creative strategy: research brand, audience, products, competitor ads etc.
- Write ad scripts and storyboards that communicate your vision for UGC creators or actors.
- Review incoming raw content from creators to ensure it matches your vision.
- Review final assets from editors and designers to ensure it meets your vision and standards.
- Produce a variety of ad types and styles (UGC, low-fi, podcast style, street interview, statics, GIFs, etc).
- Ensure creative not only performs BUT also matches client's brand needs.
- Handle client revisions with urgency.
- Own client communication for creative - regular client calls, creative discussions and performance reporting.
- Report on creative results with insights, learnings, and clear next steps.
- Handle multiple clients and creative pipelines simultaneously.
- (Optional for senior hires) Mentor and guide other creative strategists.
