Role Description

We are seeking an Asset Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep domain knowledge to support business initiatives, digital transformation, and operational improvements. The ideal candidate will provide expertise across asset management products, processes, and regulatory requirements, acting as a bridge between business, technology, and operations teams.

• Provide subject matter expertise in asset management products and operations
• Support initiatives across fund administration, portfolio management, investment operations, and client reporting
• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to implement solutions
• Analyze and optimize asset management workflows and processes
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of experience in the asset management domain
• Strong understanding of fund operations, portfolio management, and investment products
• Knowledge of NAV calculation, reconciliations, and client reporting processes
• Experience in process improvement, business analysis, or transformation initiatives
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements

• Experience with digital transformation or asset management platforms
• Familiarity with investment operations systems (e.g., SimCorp, Aladdin, or similar)
• Consulting or advisory experience (nice to have)
