Role Description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Marketing Program Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will focus on developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at driving growth across various retail, digital, and loyalty partners. The successful candidate will lead marketing and promotional efforts, build and maintain relationships with clients, and oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns. Your contributions will be crucial in enhancing client engagement and optimizing marketing effectiveness. You'll be supported by a team that values detail-oriented and solution-driven approaches to meet our goals.

  • Provide strategic marketing support to relationship management teams.
  • Maintain consistent communication with internal and external clients.
  • Identify marketing opportunities to enhance product sales.
  • Develop and execute marketing programs for partners.
  • Manage budget and campaign assessments.
  • Collaborate with vendors for program execution.
  • Analyze marketing programs and report key findings.
  • Suggest improvements for departmental efficiency.

Qualifications

  • BA in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail, digital, and/or ecommerce marketing.
  • Experience with financial institutions and account management.
  • Proven record in developing launch strategies.
  • Knowledge of prepaid product and incentives market.
  • Strong initiative and a sense of urgency.
  • Creative and innovative thinker.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced settings.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for measurement.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; familiarity with Allocadia and/or Workfront is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Benefits

  • Salary Range for all U.S. Residents: $70,600.00 to $91,800.00.
  • Salary for California Residents: $89,980.00 to $117,000.00.
