Role Description
We are seeking a Vice President of Sales & Business Development to lead our enterprise growth strategy and establish high-value relationships with large, multi-site long-term care organizations. This is a national, executive-level role responsible for shaping the company’s sales strategy, driving revenue at scale, and securing multi-year corporate agreements. The ideal candidate possesses deep Medicaid knowledge, a track record of selling complex services, and the executive presence required to influence and collaborate with C-suite leaders.
- Own and execute a national enterprise sales strategy targeting multi-site long-term care organizations.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with C-suite executives, becoming a strategic advisor and key partner.
- Lead the full sales cycle for complex, high-value solutions, including Medicaid management and tech-enabled services.
- Negotiate and close enterprise-level agreements that drive significant revenue and long-term partnerships.
- Work cross-functionally with operations, client success, and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and sustained client satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, provide accurate forecasting, and deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to inform and adapt sales strategies.

- Deep understanding of Medicaid and long-term care operations.
