Role Description

This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving business growth and market expansion in workforce solutions.   • Strong knowledge of workforce solutions, staffing strategies, and talent management trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset capable of operating in a high-accountability environment.
  • Experience leveraging CRM systems, pipeline management, and account-based sales strategies.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally across the U.S. to meet clients and attend industry events.
