Role Description
The Partnerships Account Manager supports Charlie Health’s Partnerships team by ensuring top-notch patient experience and referral source experience for our go-to-market channels. You’ll play a critical role in supporting patients’ journey into care with Charlie Health, while maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our internal systems.
- Educate key stakeholders about our offerings.
- Address access barriers.
- Design programs tailored to the unique mental health needs of employee populations.
- Drive significant access for patients and referral sources.
- Communicate the value of our services within the corporate ecosystem.
- Support complex admissions and discharge workflows.
- Maintain data quality and provide top-tier customer service.
- Design, operationalize, and execute cross-functional workflows.
Responsibilities
- SLA and KPI Development: Work cross-functionally to design performance standards and metrics to ensure scalable and consistent performance; manage team to performance and quality standards.
- Process Design and Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize pre-admission, in-care, and post-care operational processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Manual Data Entry: Execute data entry tasks, ensuring data is entered accurately and efficiently into relevant systems or databases.
- Review and process referral information daily to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain up-to-date and organized referral and provider data in internal systems.
- Create and update account and contact records to reflect new or changing provider relationships.
- Quality Assurance: Support development and scalability of quality assurance measures and perform regular audits to validate the accuracy and completeness of data.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to understand patient, referral source, and data requirements and priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare.
- 1–2 years of experience in an operations, administrative, or data-entry-focused role (healthcare experience a plus).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing data.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Passion for Charlie Health’s mission to expand access to high-quality mental health care.
- Exceptional communication and de-escalation skills.
- Resourceful with a natural ability to structure and solve ambiguous business problems.
- Proactive self-starter and natural multitasker.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the team and patients.
- Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency.
Benefits
- Comprehensive benefits for all full-time, exempt employees.
- Total target base compensation between $60,000 and $80,000 per year.
- Performance bonus included in total cash compensation range of $69,000 to $91,000 per year.
- Compensation determined on an individualized basis, impacted by location, experience, and other relevant considerations.
