Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, growth product, or a closely related role for web, content, or platform experiences.
- 2+ years of people management experience mentoring and growing a high-performing team.
- Experience shipping products that materially improved organic acquisition, content discoverability, or SEO performance; experience with AI search/GEO is a plus.
- Experience working closely with engineering on technical web concepts (rendering/SSR, performance, structured data, experimentation).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and writing clear strategy/decision documents.
