• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers working across, technical, content, localization, and distribution-related workstreams for SEO and GEO. • Set direction for your team’s roadmap and commitments to deliver on Traffic Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for Organic Visits and AI Search visibility. • Drive the strategy for content integrations that improve helpfulness for buyers, sellers, and renters and increase discoverability in both SEO and AI surfaces. • Partner with Traffic Engineering and cross-functional teams across Zillow to ship changes to templates, rendering patterns, structured data, internal linking, and content pipelines. • Define clear success metrics for a strong experimentation cadence and turn learnings into repeatable playbooks. • Collaborate with cross-company partners to improve AI visibility and increase Zillow’s presence where AI models learn. • Continuously identify gaps and opportunities in the portfolio and make the case for additional resourcing as the program expands.
