What You'll Do

  • Lead the programmatic and CTV ad operations team, including trafficking, optimization, yield management, and reporting.
  • Develop and execute advanced programmatic strategies across DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP), SSPs, and CTV platforms to maximize ROI for clients.
  • Oversee campaign setup, execution, pacing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis for display, video, and CTV inventory.
  • Collaborate with paid media, client services, and analytics teams to integrate programmatic/CTV efforts with broader digital strategies (e.g., paid search, social, SEO).
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate deals, and evaluate new ad tech partners to enhance capabilities in programmatic guaranteed, private marketplaces, and open exchanges.
  • Drive innovation in CTV advertising, including audience targeting, measurement, and cross-channel attribution.
  • Establish best practices for ad operations, including quality assurance, brand safety, fraud prevention, and compliance (e.g., privacy regulations).
  • Mentor and build a high-performing team, fostering a culture of curiosity, integrity, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide thought leadership on industry trends, contributing to client pitches, agency marketing, and internal training.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in digital ad operations, with at least 5 years focused on programmatic advertising and CTV/OTT.
  • Proven leadership experience managing ad ops teams in an agency or high-volume environment.
  • Deep expertise with major programmatic platforms (DSPs, SSPs like Magnite, PubMatic), ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager), and CTV ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar for performance reporting and optimization.
  • Track record of scaling programmatic revenue and delivering measurable client results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to clients and executives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Passion for data-driven marketing and staying ahead of trends in programmatic, CTV, and addressable media.

  • Short Term Disability Benefit: Coverage if you need to be OOO with an illness or injury that keeps you out of work.
  • Healthcare: Several competitive healthcare plans for you and your family with 80% employer coverage for all medical and dental premiums, 100% employer coverage for vision, and the option to participate in the FSA program.
