Role Description

We are looking for a Treasury Assistant Manager. In this role, you will be supporting the effective management of the exchange’s fiat and digital asset liquidity, ensuring secure custody, timely settlements, and uninterrupted trading and withdrawal operations. The role focuses on maintaining robust treasury controls, accurate reconciliations, and compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks while supporting scalable and efficient global treasury operations in a fast-paced crypto environment.

Responsibilities

• Fiat & Crypto Liquidity Management
  • Monitor daily fiat and crypto asset balances across bank accounts, custodial wallets, hot wallets, and cold wallets.
  • Support liquidity planning to ensure uninterrupted trading, withdrawals, and settlements.
  • Manage inter-wallet and inter-account fund movements while maintaining segregation of customer and company funds.
• Wallet & Blockchain Operations
  • Oversee hot/cold wallet operations, including address management, whitelisting, and approvals.
  • Coordinate blockchain transactions, fee optimization, and transaction confirmations.
  • Reconcile on-chain transactions with internal ledger and exchange systems.
• Banking & On/Off-Ramp Management
  • Monitor deposits, withdrawals, chargebacks, and settlement cycles.
  • Support bank account onboarding, KYC, and ongoing compliance documentation.
• Risk Management & Controls
  • Support implementation of treasury controls related to private key management, multi-sig approvals, and access rights.
  • Monitor counterparty risk related to custodians, liquidity providers, and stablecoin issuers.
  • Assist in managing market, liquidity, and operational risks specific to digital assets.
• Treasury Reporting & Reconciliation
  • Prepare daily treasury dashboards covering fiat balances, crypto holdings, wallet positions, and liquidity ratios.
  • Perform daily reconciliations between blockchain data, exchange records, and accounting systems.
  • Investigate and resolve breaks related to wallet balances, fees, or failed transactions.
• Compliance & Regulatory Support
  • Ensure treasury operations comply with applicable multi-jurisdictional regulations.
  • Support internal and external audits related to digital asset custody and proof-of-reserves.
  • Maintain documentation for treasury SOPs and regulatory reporting.
• Systems & Process Improvement
  • Support automation of reconciliations, wallet monitoring, and treasury reporting.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend controls for scaling treasury operations.
• Team & Cross-Functional Support
  • Coordinate closely with Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Operations teams.
  • Provide guidance to junior treasury or operations staff.
  • Act as backup for Treasury Manager during absence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in treasury, finance operations, crypto exchanges, fintech, or digital asset firms.
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, wallets, and crypto transactions.
• Experience managing fiat and crypto liquidity in a high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with custody solutions, multi-sig wallets, and on-chain analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• High attention to detail and operational risk awareness.
• Ability to work in a 24/7, fast-paced trading environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong sense of confidentiality and security mindset.
