  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and manage a plan to achieve and sustain target wrap rates, balancing growth investment with financial discipline.
  • Track actual vs. target indirect rates and wrap rate performance, providing monthly variance analysis and recommendations for corrective action.
  • Develop and maintain reporting on billable utilization, labor mix, and program profitability, providing leadership with visibility into operational efficiency.
  • Partner with delivery leadership to monitor utilization trends and identify opportunities to improve labor efficiency.
  • Support program financial management by monitoring EACs, labor utilization, and contract profitability across the portfolio.
  • Provide leadership with forward-looking financial insights, including utilization trends, indirect rate projections, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Build and maintain financial dashboards that provide leadership with clear visibility into revenue performance, utilization, indirect cost trends, wrap rates, and profitability.
  • Responsible for oversight and execution of all accounting operations.
  • Lead and oversee all core accounting operations including AR, AP, billing, general ledger, and collections, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Responsible for management of state employment accounts (i.e., UEI, STU, etc.) for remote first company.
  • Responsible for coordination with external partners for insurance, tax preparation, and other financial compliance requirements.
  • Manage and optimize accounting workflows within Unanet ERP.
  • Support month-end close and issuance of financial reports while improving automation and financial reporting capabilities within the Unanet ecosystem.

  • Perform other Accounting Special Projects as needed (e.g., ERP modernization).
  • Manage external Finance and Contract vendors on day-to-day basis.
  • Participate in and report on functional activities in internal leadership team meetings.
  • Approve timesheets and participate in performance reviews for direct reports.
  • Review and escalate AR/AP for approval for cascading levels of budget approval in organization.
