Role Description

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. The objective of each engagement is to look for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Content Management Virtual Assistant to support our marketing and brand initiatives. This role focuses on:

  • Editing video content
  • Managing our YouTube channel
  • Creating marketing materials
  • Ensuring a consistent and professional brand presence across digital platforms

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands video-based marketing, and can manage multiple content-related tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in video editing, digital marketing, or graphic design
  • Experience editing marketing or promotional videos
  • Strong attention to detail and visual judgment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions quickly
  • Familiarity with YouTube best practices (thumbnails, titles, basic SEO) - Preferred
  • Experience creating B2B or professional marketing content - Preferred
  • Industrial, manufacturing, or capital equipment marketing experience - A plus

Requirements

  • Video Editing Software: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
  • Graphic Design Software: Canva (required), Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop (a plus)
  • Platforms: YouTube Studio, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook
  • Productivity Tools: Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets)
  • Reliable computer capable of video editing
  • Stable internet connection
