Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience delivering end-to-end product design, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality mobile app work.
- Strong UX and visual design skills, with the ability to take on challenging problems and deliver thoughtful, user-centered solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of prototyping tools and techniques, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Comfortable taking ownership of high impact features or projects while collaborating closely with peers and cross-functional partners.
- Open-minded and collaborative, with an eagerness to learn from feedback and iterate on designs.
- Data-informed approach to design decisions, balancing user insights, business needs, and technical feasibility.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and align with stakeholders.
- Strong familiarity with human-centered design principles and research methods, and a willingness to apply them to improve outcomes.
- Ability to present and defend design decisions confidently to both peers and non-design audiences.
- Experience in designing trading products is a plus.
