Role Description

We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Paid Digital Strategist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical advertising and digital activations. This role is ideal for someone who has worked either in-house or at an agency and is passionate about driving measurable results across corporate and brand campaigns. The ideal candidate is familiar with FDA, FTC and SEC guidelines.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across social media platforms (Meta-FB/IG, LinkedIn, X/Twitter), Google Ads, and programmatic channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including brand, creative, and analytics to ensure campaigns align with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and performance metrics to maximize ROI and ensure efficient media spend.
  • Develop and present campaign reports, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Stay current on digital trends, platform updates, and pharma advertising regulations (e.g., FDA guidelines).
  • Support both corporate reputation and brand-level initiatives, tailoring strategies to different audience segments including HCPs and consumers.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in paid media strategy and execution, specifically within pharma, corporate or brand.
  • Proven success managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk).
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory nuances in pharmaceutical advertising.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency or in-house digital team.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
  • Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.
