The Director, Business Development will focus on cultivating and expanding relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing tailored strategies to maximize value. - Lead the sales process end-to-end, including prospecting, pitching, proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation.

Qualifications
- University degree in health sciences or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 3–5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably within a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or healthcare services sector.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships, with strong account management skills.
- Demonstrated success in strategic sales planning, proposal development, and negotiation.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
