- Lead end-to-end analytics for demand generation and customer lifecycle, including funnel efficiency, lead quality, conversion paths, and revenue impact.
- Design, maintain, and improve multi-touch attribution and performance frameworks across campaigns, programs, and sequences.
- Serve as a strategic analytics partner to Marketing and Growth leadership, translating data into recommendations for budget allocation, experimentation, and GTM prioritization.
- Develop and maintain leadership-ready dashboards and analyses connecting marketing activities to pipeline quality, revenue outcomes, and post-sale engagement.
- Partner with GrowthOps, Sales Compensation, and GTM Systems to align metrics, definitions, and reporting across the organization.
- Build scalable data models in Snowflake and dbt, establishing governance, documentation, and standards for self-service analytics.
- Surface clear, opinionated insights that enable confident, data-driven decision-making across the business.
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics, Revenue Operations, or GTM Analytics, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lifecycle stages, attribution models, and campaign performance, with the ability to connect upstream engagement to downstream revenue.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with modern data stacks (Snowflake, dbt, BI tools).
- Proven ability to move from analysis to actionable recommendations, influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
- Experience partnering with Marketing, Growth, and Sales teams in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex analyses clearly to senior leaders.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and advertising platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and Salesforce data structures is a plus.
- Experience with AI/ML analytics tooling, internal data products, or healthcare SaaS business models is desirable.
