Role Description

You’ve built and scaled a business. You know what it’s like to hire a team, manage cash flow, and stay up late solving problems no one else can see. Now imagine channeling that experience to help other business owners do the same - without the 80-hour weeks.

Cultivate Advisors is growing our national team of entrepreneurial coaches. We’re hiring experienced business owners to advise founders of $500K–$10M companies on how to scale sustainably and profitably.

Your Impact

  • Partner 1:1 with business owners to create and execute strategic growth plans.
  • Apply your firsthand experience leading teams, managing operations, and scaling a company.
  • Build a book of 10-20 clients, each relationship built on trust, accountability, and measurable results.

Qualifications

  • Has been the key operator or owner of a business between $2M–$10M in annual revenue.
  • Has built and led a leadership team.
  • Loves solving problems, coaching others, and seeing tangible results.
  • Wants flexibility, variety, and purpose — not another corporate role.
  • Thrives on being a part of a collaborative team of like-minded individuals striving towards the same Mission and Vision.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Typical Year 1: $70K–$100K
  • Typical Year 2: $140K–$200K
  • Typical Year 3: $160K+
  • Full-time employees receive salary guarantees post-certification and full benefits:
