We’re hiring a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to deliver exceptional sleep care as a vital member of Dreem Health’s clinical team. Reporting to the Medical Director, you’ll screen, diagnose, and treat patients struggling with sleep issues, directly shaping their health outcomes and quality of life. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where clinical excellence meets patient-centered care.
- A Patient-Focused Approach: This role requires a high level of empathy and understanding of patients' needs. You will strive to provide exceptional patient service and support throughout their care journey.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication is key for interacting with patients, providers, and internal teams. Your ability to clearly relay complex medical information and accurately convey patient feedback is crucial.
- Proactive, Innovative and Tech-Friendly: We seek a proactive, innovative thinker. You will identify areas for improvement, contributing to service enhancements.
- Critical Thinking Skills: Always challenge the status quo. We can and we need to improve continuously the way we deliver care, and shape the patient experience.
- Prioritization Skills: In this multifaceted role, strong prioritization and time management skills are crucial. You will be tasked with juggling various responsibilities, ensuring seamless service delivery and optimal patient satisfaction.
- Flexibility in the role: We need someone who has the ability and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances, environments, tasks, and requirements.
You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in each patient’s health while contributing to a vibrant, supportive, and rapidly expanding clinical environment focused on redefining sleep health.
At Sunrise Group, we work on a problem that affects millions: poor sleep and untreated sleep disorders. Our mission is to make diagnosis and care easier to access, and we’re proud of the experience we provide to patients.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years experience of direct patient care.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sleep or sleep medicine is required for candidates who wish to start within one month.

- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
- A CA APRN License AND one or more additional state licenses are required.
- An active CA Furnishing license and an active DEA license (eligible to DEA license).
- Must be able to work full time, a minimum of 36 hours per week, 5 days per week, Monday through Friday.

- Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision).
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) to support your growth and ongoing professional development.
- FREE One Medical membership.
- 401(k) with company match.
- 20 days PTO + 10 paid holidays + 80 hours paid sick leave.
- Monthly phone and internet stipend.
Compensation
$130,000 - $140,000 depending on experience.
We hire humans, not bullet points. Don’t meet every single qualification? That’s okay. We care more about who you are than what’s on your CV. We’re looking for people who are curious, resourceful, and ready to roll up their sleeves — especially if you’re excited about building something new in healthcare. So if you think you could make an impact here, reach out to us.
