Role Description

The Vice President, Client Services will serve as a senior leader driving transformative client partnerships and shaping strategic direction across complex healthcare marketing initiatives. This role demands a visionary executive with deep expertise in peer-to-peer education, omnichannel brand strategy, and organizational leadership. As a trusted advisor to C-suite clients, the Vice President ensures excellence in execution, compliance, and measurable business outcomes while championing growth, innovation, and enterprise-wide impact.

This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Set Strategic Vision: Define and lead enterprise-level strategies that advance client objectives and position the organization as a market leader.
  • Executive Client Leadership: Serve as a primary strategic partner to senior client stakeholders, influencing brand vision and long-term growth.
  • Drive Market Innovation: Translate market trends, competitive intelligence, and performance analytics into forward-thinking strategies that deliver ROI and competitive advantage.
  • Enterprise Planning & Governance: Oversee integrated business planning, forecasting, and strategic alignment across multiple portfolios and senior stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish success metrics and champion continuous optimization through data-driven insights and best practices.
  • Organizational Leadership: Mentor senior account leaders, foster a culture of high performance, and guide talent development across teams.
  • Resource & Financial Stewardship: Direct large-scale budgets, resource allocation, and operational frameworks to ensure flawless execution and profitability.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Partner with internal and client teams to uphold medical, legal, and regulatory standards across all initiatives.
  • Growth Leadership: Identify and lead organic growth opportunities, spearhead new business development, and contribute to enterprise expansion.
  • Process Innovation: Drive evolution of SOPs, operational models, and efficiency initiatives to scale organizational capabilities.

This Role Is a Great Fit If:

  • You embody our core values: Best Together, Impact-Obsessed, Excellence Expected, Evolve Always, and Accountability with an “I.”
  • You thrive in dynamic environments and embrace change as a catalyst for innovation.
  • You are a strategic visionary with a bias for action and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • You inspire confidence, build trust, and influence at the highest levels of client and organizational leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, agency leadership, or pharmaceutical/biotech industries.
  • Proven track record in executive-level client leadership, strategic planning, and enterprise growth.
  • Expertise in peer-to-peer education, omnichannel brand strategy, and regulatory compliance.
