This role offers a unique opportunity to shape community engagement and advocate experience for a mission-driven healthcare organization. As an Advocate Marketing Specialist, you will:
- Design, promote, and execute virtual and in-person events that strengthen advocate connections, foster a sense of belonging, and drive retention.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful experiences, manage event logistics, and analyze outcomes to continuously improve programs.

Accountabilities:
- Plan, promote, and execute a full calendar of virtual and in-person advocate community events.
- Manage end-to-end event execution, including budgeting, vendor coordination, contracts, and on-site logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders across Clinical Operations, Advocate Recruiting, and Leadership.
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as advocate satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance event experiences and advocate community programs.
- Support the development of marketing strategies to drive awareness, participation, and long-term engagement.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in events coordination, community management, experiential marketing, or related roles, preferably in venture-backed technology or consumer startups.
- Proven ability to plan and execute events with high attention to detail, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline preferred.
- Self-starter with high autonomy and a vision for community-building through events.
- Bonus: Experience building and engaging communities of 1099 or contract-based advocates.
- Must be based in the United States.
