Role Description

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that will be instrumental to Quandri's 2026 strategy and beyond. This role reports directly to our Co-Founder and CEO, giving you a seat at the table for strategic company decisions.

You'll own two critical partnership domains:

This is a 0-to-1 role requiring someone who can define partnership strategy, establish processes, sell and execute with urgency in the insurance technology landscape. You'll navigate complex stakeholder relationships, negotiate win-win agreements, and serve as the face of Quandri to critical external partners.

  • Build and scale partnerships with national and regional agency networks, clusters, and aggregators.
  • Own the full deal cycle from prospecting through closure.
  • Design scalable one-to-many distribution models and partner enablement programs.
  • Work with sales organization to drive continued revenue acceleration through channel partnerships once they are online.
  • Expand the ecosystem.
  • Build strategic relationships with technology vendors, private equity groups, industry associations, MGAs, carriers, and other key insurance stakeholders.
  • Track partnership performance with clear metrics.
  • Inform company strategy.
  • Bring external market intelligence and partner insights back to shape company strategy and product decisions.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration by partnering with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps teams to ensure partnerships deliver value across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years building channel partnerships that drove significant revenue.
  • Structured partner programs, enabled partner sales teams, and built one-to-many sales models from 0-to-1 or early-stage scaling.
  • Deep US insurance industry expertise and relationships.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Ownership mentality.

Requirements

  • Direct experience in the US insurance industry, understanding how agencies, MGAs, and carriers operate.
  • High emotional intelligence, skilled negotiator, able to navigate complex dynamics.
  • Thrive in ambiguity, move fast, make decisions with imperfect information.
  • Bonus points if you have operated in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment before.

Benefits

  • Your OTE will be approximately $200k depending on experience, which includes performance-based bonus tied to partnership revenue and milestones.
  • Employee stock options based on experience level.
  • Comprehensive health benefits, including Lifestyle Spending Account.
  • Four weeks of paid vacation per year.
  • Work anywhere in the world for 60 days of the year.
  • Parental leave top-ups: 6 months for birthing parents, 8 weeks for non-birthing parents (up to $100,000 annual salary).
