Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required
- MBA strongly preferred
- 8-10 years of professional experience, including 5+ or more years of progressive sales operations/commercial operations
- Experience supporting field sales with formal sales leadership preferred
- Cross-functional management or leadership experience
- Understanding of the US dermatology market and field sales deployment models
- Highly developed analytical, operational, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional groups
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
