Role Description

As Sr. Product Manager, Vertical Solutions, you will help define and deliver the next layer of products built on top of Particle’s data platform. You will focus on translating high-value healthcare delivery needs into intuitive, scalable product experiences that make Particle’s data easy to adopt and act on.

In this role, you will shape the strategy and roadmap for verticalized analytics solutions for Care Team customers. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Solutions to explore the right product surfaces for each use case and build solutions that reduce customer lift while unlocking meaningful outcomes.

  • Own the roadmap for verticalized products that sit on top of the Particle platform.
  • Partner with Engineering to build new capabilities, workflows, APIs, or packaged products that customers can embed in their own systems.
  • Explore the right product surface for each use case: APIs, notifications, enriched data formats, or lightweight workflow experiences.
  • Understand how care teams, digital health companies, and VBC organizations currently use clinical data to find the potential product opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Data Platform PM to ensure new verticalized experiences align with data quality, APIs, enrichment, and platform investments.
  • Help customers move up the value ladder from “accessing data” to “understanding data” to “acting on data.”
  • Support pre and post-sales efforts by partnering with Particle’s Solutions teams to identify repeatable customer needs, scope productized solutions or accelerators, and reduce customer implementation effort over time.
  • Prioritize ruthlessly across ambiguity and competing goals.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years building solutions or applications used by healthcare delivery organizations (providers, VBC orgs, care enablement platforms, digital health companies, etc.).
  • Experience translating real-world care processes into productized patterns, solutions, or application surfaces.
  • Ability to define product requirements in ambiguous spaces and explore multiple product surfaces (API, workflow, configuration, etc.).
  • Comfortable working with clinical data and understanding how organizations use that data in care delivery.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Engineering, Data, Design, and customer-facing teams.
  • Excellent written communication and comfort bringing structure to ambiguous problem spaces.

Requirements

  • Experience in care coordination, transitions of care, referral management, or data-powered care delivery.
  • Familiarity with HL7v2, FHIR, CCDAs, or clinical interoperability networks.
  • Experience building API-first products.
  • Knowledge of value-based care models or healthcare operational workflows.

Benefits

  • This role sits at the center of Particle’s evolution from a data-access company to a data-action company.
  • You will define and build the product experiences that help customers operationalize and extract real value from Particle’s platform.
  • You’ll work alongside a highly collaborative leadership and product team, shaping both the strategy and the execution of vertical solutions in one of the most exciting areas of healthcare tech.

Compensation Range

For this role, we’re targeting a salary range of $160,000 - $200,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. If your background aligns more closely with a higher or lower level than the scope outlined here, compensation may vary accordingly.
