You're a results-driven marketing leader to own strategy and execution across the US, Canada, and LATAM. You'll drive full-funnel campaigns that fuel growth, strengthen brand presence, and deliver measurable pipeline and revenue.

- 10+ years in senior B2B SaaS marketing, with proven revenue impact.
- Expertise in integrated, full-funnel strategies across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise.
- Strong commercial acumen with deep knowledge of marketing performance metrics.
- Familiarity with North American GTM landscapes and executive-level buyer personas.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders as the regional strategic voice.
Job Responsibilities
What will you do?
- Own and execute the North America marketing strategy, aligned with global goals and regional dynamics.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, sharing market insights and shaping GTM priorities.
- Balance long-term vision with agile, data-driven strategies tied to commercial outcomes.
- Build a performance culture, using funnel metrics, ROI, and dashboards to guide decisions.
- Drive full-funnel growth across brand, demand gen, ABM, and customer marketing.
- Partner with sales to co-own pipeline targets, improve win rates, and ensure revenue accountability.
- Champion customer advocacy, embedding insights and success stories into campaigns.
- Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing regional marketing team.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment with sales, product, CS, RevOps, and finance.
- Own regional channels (events, content, PR, digital) to boost brand visibility and pipeline.
- Partner with global brand/PR teams to strengthen market influence in North America.
**Note: We will consider candidates located in the New York Metro Area who are willing to work in our NYC office 2-3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday) or Remote based in EST Time Zone. We love collaborating and connecting with our team members in-person, and we hope you will too!**
Base salaries for this role range from $191,000 - $250,000 per year.
