Role Description

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings for attorneys specializing in:

• Financial Services Litigation (Commercial and Residential)
• Real Estate Litigation
• General Commercial Litigation

Ideal candidates will have:

• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience
• A strong academic background
• Outstanding writing skills
• Proven research skills
• High motivation

Candidates should be:

• Driven team players
• Exceptional in litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking abilities
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Attorneys in this role will gain hands-on experience in:

• Litigation strategy
• Client interaction
• Sophisticated motion practice
• Transactional work in the real estate arena

Litigation experience is a must, and some real estate transactional experience would be a plus.

Qualifications

The yearly salary range is as follows:

• Associates: $100,000-$150,000
• Senior Counsel/Of Counsel: $140,000-$200,000
• Partners: $190,000-$275,000

This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
