Role Description

We're looking for motivated, people-focused individuals with a passion for travel to join our remote team! If you love helping others plan unforgettable vacations—and want flexible, work-from-anywhere freedom—this could be the perfect fit.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy

  • Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Able to multitask and work independently

Responsibilities:

  • Research and recommend vacation destinations
  • Plan and arrange tours, packages, activities, and excursions
  • Prepare quotes and review details with clients
  • Close bookings and process reservations
  • Create social media content and marketing flyers
  • Participate in marketing activities and promotions
  • Attend daily training sessions and webinars
  • Complete certification training and earn specializations
  • Book domestic and international travel, including hotels, flights, cruises, car rentals, activities, and event tickets
  • Create itineraries and invoices
  • Follow up with clients and prepare them for travel

Qualifications

  • No experience required — full training provided
  • Must be 18+
  • Must live and be authorized to work in the US, UK, Mexico, EU, or Australia
  • Computer or smartphone required
