Job Description

• Serve as a liaison between Market Access Commercial Business and IT • Responsible for delivery and support of technology solutions • Partner with business stakeholders to support Model N and Anaplan applications • Oversee end-to-end management of IT projects • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Job Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in a related discipline is required
  • Training or equivalent experience in IT or business management is beneficial but not required
  • 4+ years of progressively increasing experience managing Commercial applications in a Pharma/Biotech company with a focus on IT system delivery
  • 3+ years of experience in Model N powered by Flex SaaS env and Anaplan
  • Experience in Production Support including the Software Development Lifecycle and Model N upgrades
