Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 6+ years of applicable work experience is required.
- Experience in product management, consulting, strategy, or operations is highly relevant.
- Experience managing other teammates or leading project teams is strongly preferred.
- Advanced knowledge and experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and with agile methodologies are required.
- Experience in healthcare and/or the revenue cycle is preferred.
- Experience conducting user interviews, usability tests, or workflow analysis is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Expertise with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation software.
- Proficiency in one or more analytical or report-building tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau is preferred.
