Job Description

• Write clear and comprehensive API specifications that outline functionality, endpoints, and data structures, and follow API standards requirements. • Develop and maintain detailed API documentation to ensure proper usage and integration by developers. • Partner with teams throughout the enterprise to understand data sources and requirements. • Map data sources to business requirements, ensuring alignment with API functionality. • Identify and coordinate changes needed to data sources to support API integration. • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful API development and deployment. • Analyze data and API usage to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. • Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on API performance and integration status.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Product Analyst or similar role, preferably with a focus on APIs and integrations.
  • Strong technical writing skills, with experience in writing API specifications and documentation Using Swagger/OpenAPI.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a large enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with data mapping and integration processes.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
