The analyst will interview users to gather and build requirements, develop, test, and implement solutions, including providing end-user support during go-live. Key duties involve analyzing business processes, documenting requirements through various models, and presenting technical concepts clearly to different audiences.

The role involves completing radiology and cardiology enhancements within the Epic system, which includes managing scheduling queues, granting Epic access, and modifying visit types and schedule blocks. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for creating AE titles for Epic worklists to ensure proper flow to modalities and ultrasound machines.

The analyst will partner with Design, Content, and Product Management teams to analyze quantitative data, transforming complex information into clear, actionable recommendations that drive measurable improvements in user experience, adoption, and retention. Key duties include defining and tracking impact metrics for new features, building self-serve reporting frameworks, and influencing product strategy through proactive data insights.
