What you will do
As a Research Analyst, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, developing reporting deliverables and conducting data analysis using SQL, Excel, statistical analysis software, and other proprietary tools. You will produce established and recurring custom reports for customers, as well as investigate and resolves data discrepancies as they arise. You will analyze data and determine conclusions based on your findings. You will ensure exceptional customer experience with internal and external customers by assisting with education on guidelines, background and best practices. Additionally, you have the ability to communicate complex statistical knowledge and processes to stakeholders and assist customers in applying basic performance improvement techniques.
What you need
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Preference in social sciences, applied statistics or other research-oriented field
- Technical background with an analytical mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Would be nice
- SQL experience is preferred
- Tableau experience is preferred
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $84,000 annually, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. Some of our roles offer performance-based variable compensation. Eligibility and potential payouts vary depending on the role and are tied to performance metrics. If you are hired at NRC Health, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package. While this position may allow for a work from home environment, candidates must live in the Lincoln, Nebraska and surrounding areas.
