Responsibilities include leveraging business acumen to identify strategic alternatives, supporting senior team members in developing real-world evidence generation strategy, and conducting primary/secondary research to analyze key findings. The role also involves creating sections of client deliverables like reports and presentations across the study lifecycle and communicating findings internally and to clients.

Principals will lead high-impact client engagements, serving as senior advisors on strategic projects, owning delivery, and facilitating executive workshops. They are also responsible for building and mentoring project teams, shaping new service lines, and driving significant annual business growth.

This role owns the entire deployment phase, creating detailed project plans, defining milestones, and proactively mitigating risks to ensure successful solution rollouts for enterprise clients. The consultant will serve as the main point of contact for deployment activities, leading status meetings and aligning internal resources like Sales, Marketing, and Product.

The consultant will be responsible for effectively communicating key product features and benefits to prospective customers both virtually and in person while developing a deep understanding of customer needs to provide personalized sales assistance. They must consistently meet sales goals and help design and implement new, creative sales strategies.
