The Lead Consultant will be responsible for understanding client processes, developing future state recommendations, and creating roadmaps to close performance gaps. This includes gathering and analyzing business requirements, aligning them to technical solutions, defining business processes, and contributing to internal intellectual property development.

Consultants will be responsible for delivering implementations of Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Cloud Solutions (FCCS) for clients, which involves gathering requirements from team members, including C-level executives, and delivering solutions. Key duties include conducting current state assessments, preparing and supporting application design sessions, configuring application components, and mentoring project team members.
