Weβre looking for highly motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with a passion for renewable energy and solar solutions. In this remote sales role, youβll be responsible for:
- Identifying and qualifying potential customers interested in solar and energy solutions.
- Generating leads and booking appointments for senior sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule appointments or consultations for senior solar sales consultants.

- Meet or exceed daily outreach and appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications
- 1β3+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), appointment setting, or lead generation role.
- Experience in solar, renewable energy, energy efficiency, or home improvement sales is highly preferred.
- Proven success with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar tools.
- Comfortable working with KPIs, outreach targets, and performance metrics.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
