Sales Director – Labelink USA


📍 Appleton, WI (On-site | Remote Considered)


Labelink is a growing North American print and packaging platform specializing in pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, flexible packaging, and folding cartons. Through strategic acquisitions and organic growth, we are expanding our U.S. footprint and commercial capabilities.


We are seeking a Sales Director to lead and scale our 9-person U.S. sales team.


What You’ll Own

  • Execution of the U.S. commercial strategy
  • Revenue growth and margin performance
  • Team leadership, coaching, and accountability
  • Integration of newly acquired sales teams
  • Market expansion and cross-selling initiatives


What You Bring

  • 8+ years of B2B sales leadership experience
  • Proven success leading multi-state or regional U.S. teams
  • Strong forecasting and sales planning capabilities
  • Financial acumen (pricing and margin management)
  • Experience in labels, packaging, printing, or related manufacturing preferred
