Job Requirements
- 6-9 years of experience with demonstrated knowledge and skill in strategic sourcing, procurement or supply chain management
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies that drive costs savings and process improvements
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools and software applications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills necessary to perform supervisory/lead and training duties
- Business Analysis experience identifying business needs and determining solutions
- Project management skills
- Ability to adapt to plans and priorities to address business needs
