Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience in IT Engineering, with at least 3 years in a formal leadership/management role.
- Proven experience in a 100% cloud-native environment with zero on-prem footprint.
- Expert-level experience managing Okta as an IdP (SAML, SCIM, OIDC, and Workflows) and knowledge of administering Google Workspace and Microsoft O365.
- Deep knowledge of MDM systems (e.g., Jamf and Intune) and modern networking/physical security stacks (e.g., Meraki, Verkada).
- Solid understanding of automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, APIs) to evaluate engineering designs.
- Exceptional ability to document and author high-level technical strategies and departmental SOPs
- Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced SaaS company or high-growth startup is highly desirable. Ability to work well both independently and in teams, with extreme attention to detail.
