Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end process for internal mobility, ensuring a smooth experience for all candidates • Partner with Hiring Managers, Recruiting Managers, People Partners, Compensation, and Talent Mobility teams to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and align on strategies for internal talent movement • Act as a trusted advisor for employees seeking to move internally, providing guidance on the internal mobility process • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure internal candidates are evaluated fairly and consistently in line with Stripe’s internal mobility practices • Build out and refine internal recruiting processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and a positive candidate experience • Handle a high volume of internal requests and applications while ensuring attention to detail and meeting internal deadlines • Partner proactively with Recruiting Managers and external recruiters to review candidate pipelines • Curate a positive candidate experience for all internal candidates • Ensure alignment with Stripe’s values, culture, and operational goals as you drive internal talent mobility across teams • Continuously improve the internal recruiting experience by gathering feedback and identifying areas for process improvement

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment, talent management, or related roles
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast paced environment
  • Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing demands while managing a high volume of requests
  • Ability to build and refine recruiting processes in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Proficiency in using recruiting and HR tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
  • Experience working in a global or multi-region environment, specifically EMEA and APAC.
  • Knowledge of Stripe’s internal processes or similar fast-paced, high-growth tech environments
  • Experience in both internal mobility and external recruitment
  • Ability and willingness to attend to work matters outside normal business hours on an as-needed basis.
