Location: Remote
Work From Home – Equipment Provided 
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM EST

About the Role 

VXI Global Solutions is hiring an experienced High-Volume Recruiter. You will manage the full recruitment cycle and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI‑driven environment. 

This role requires strong self-sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage large pipelines with speed and accuracy. 

 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, hiring. 

  • Conduct 12+ interviews per day and achieve 3+ hires per day. 

  • Support hiring classes and meet weekly/monthly hiring targets. 

  • Source candidates proactively and manage your own pipeline. 

  • Use text blasting, outreach, and job boards to engage applicants. 

  • Maintain accurate dispositioning and updates in the ATS. 

  • Track Day 1 attendance and support onboarding follow-through. 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. 

  • Strong background in high-volume or BPO recruitment.

  •  Has experience recruiting for Healthcare programs as well as Sales positions

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet hiring targets. 

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills. 

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple job reqs. 

  • Tech-savvy, with experience using Applicant Tracking Systems — including Workday — virtual interview tools, and text blasting platforms. 

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. 

  • Problem-solving skills for managing no-shows, schedule conflicts, and urgent hiring needs.
