This is a remote position
Position Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for guiding and managing project timelines, from the initiation of project requests, through assignment, development and completion. Program Managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. The person in this position is responsible for delivering high-quality results for both internal and external partners.
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and execute organizational projects and partner programs and events
- Proactively gather necessary information to plan and implement projects
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Identify and reports deadline conflicts or delays to management
- Monitor all projects and make adjustments as needed via the project management software application, Asana, to ensure that all stakeholders collaborating seamlessly
- Build and maintain effective relationships
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Basic Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field
- Prior experience in project management in a related field
Other Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Expertise with Microsoft Office products
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM preferred
- Experience working in Asana preferred
- Proactive, with a results-driven and problem-solving approach
- Detail oriented with well-developed organization skills
- Works well in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple projects, and adept at prioritizing
- Unwilling to accept any unethical conduct or outcomes that threaten the mission or values of Operation Warm
- This position requires some travel
