In this fully remote role, you'll be the central point of contact, expertly coordinating the virtual care journey for our clints/patients through seamless use of virtual office software. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of each client's program, from meticulous record management and proactive customer service to precise billing and efficient scheduling.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide exceptional virtual reception, greeting and assisting patients and visitors via video kiosk or phone.
- Manage referrals and inquiries, maintaining organized tracking (e.g., Excel).
- Understand and navigate various insurance benefits, including verification and obtaining authorizations.
- Create, update, and maintain patient records within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Coordinate patient appointments and manage scheduling.
- Manage the patient registration process, including virtual check-in/out.
- Process payments, including collecting copays and managing account balances.
- Administer and enforce the No Show/Cancellation policy.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation through filing, faxing, and scanning.
- Perform data entry for billing and payroll processes.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with referral sources.
- Support marketing and brand awareness initiatives as needed.
- Undertake other duties as required to ensure efficient virtual clinic operations.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum of an associates degree with a business emphasis.
- Significant, directly related medical office experience may be considered in place of a degree.
- BA or BS in business, healthcare, or other related fields is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage complex computer applications.
- Minimum of two years of front and back medical office work experience.
- Professional attitude, appearance, strong customer service skills, and good judgment.
- Proficiency in advanced computer software (Microsoft Office) and data entry skills.
- Excellent organizational, customer service, and oral/written communication skills.
- Dedicated workspace with internet for remote work.
- Working ability to utilize Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior work experience in a healthcare or call center environment
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Physical Demands:
- Individual must have the ability to stand and work or have mobility through mechanical assistance.
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to communicate fluently both verbally and in writing.
- Primarily sedentary which requires stooping, bending, hearing, and vision in order to operate phone, computer and facsimile.
