Key duties involve providing virtual reception, managing referrals, verifying insurance benefits, maintaining patient records in the EMR, and processing payments.

Responsibilities include performing evaluations, developing treatment plans, and regularly re-assessing their effectiveness while attending staffing meetings and family conferences. The role also requires communicating patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, service recipient, and family members to ensure care coordination.
