As a senior AI/ML engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI applications that solve complex business problems.

• Design, build, and maintain AI‑powered search, summarization, and chat applications for our internal AI‑powered search and chat platform
• Hands‑on experience building or integrating agentic AI systems, such as multi‑step reasoning, tool‑calling, or autonomous workflows
• Implement information‑retrieval solutions, including vector‑based search, relevance ranking, and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG)
• Develop production‑ready AI applications in Python, integrating with AWS services
• Build and tune OpenSearch / Elasticsearch indexes to support semantic and keyword search use cases
• Evaluate, tune, and refine AI models and system performance through experimentation
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of overall IT or software engineering experience, including at least 2 years of recent experience working with AI or ML solutions
• Proven proficiency in Python
• Experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, SageMaker, Glue, S3)
• Hands‑on experience with OpenSearch and/or Elasticsearch
• Familiarity with vector databases and vector search techniques (embeddings, similarity search)

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

120,000.00 USD

Maximum :

137,000.00 USD
