Role Description

Our Bridge team is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Administrator to support and improve the client experience for our N2-owned publications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and enjoys problem-solving while balancing accuracy with exceptional customer service.

  • Partner with internal teams to support billing and collections.
  • Process commissions.
  • Manage advertisement submissions and deadlines.
  • Resolve client inquiries or disputes in a mutually beneficial way.
  • Interviews for this opening will be conducted over the phone and via video calls.
  • This role will be fully remote.
  • The salary for this position starts at $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in accounting, commissions processing, billing, or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills via phone and email with a high level of professionalism.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, dollar amounts, and contract disputes.
  • Can use discretion when working with sensitive information.
