Role Description
As our new Bridge Client Success Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue and building relationships that last as the face of our company, ensuring every client interaction leaves a lasting, positive impression. In this fast-paced, target-driven position, your dedication to exceptional service and problem-solving and ability to connect with clients and deliver tailored solutions will directly contribute to our success and yours. You’ll be responsible for onboarding, regular touch points, renewals, cross-sells, up-sells, and be the main point of contact for our advertisers.
This is a fully remote position. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video calls for your convenience. The starting salary range is $52,000 to $55,000, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
The Role in Action
- Build and grow strong client relationships by delivering excellent service and helping clients see the value of partnering across N2’s print and digital platforms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and Area Directors, ensuring clear communication and a smooth client experience.
- Lead client onboarding by gathering assets and coordinating campaign setup to ensure successful and timely launches.
- Maintain accurate CRM and billing records, updating notes and resolving payment or account issues as needed.
- Drive client retention and growth by renewing partnerships, identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities, and proactively addressing potential cancellations.
Qualifications
- Client account management for ongoing service engagements and retainers.
- CRM systems for B2B services (monday.com) and account health tracking.
- Contract management (renewals, onboarding, cross-sells, up-sells).
- Data analysis and reporting on service performance, SLAs, and client outcomes.
- Process documentation, playbooks, and service workflows.
- Virtual communication and presentation skills (Zoom, Aircall, emails).
- Risk identification and escalation management.
Requirements
- Experience managing mid-market or enterprise B2B service clients in a remote environment.
- Experience owning post-sale relationships and acting as the primary strategic point of contact.
- Leadership experience in client onboarding, discovery, and expectation-setting for services delivery.
- Experience running recurring status calls, QBRs, and reviews focused on business outcomes.
- Experience supporting renewals, expansions, and long-term account growth through value demonstration.
- Experience resolving escalations and maintaining client confidence during delivery challenges.
- Experience working across time zones with distributed internal teams and clients.
- Experience retaining and growing accounts by aligning services to evolving client goals.
